• The second bedroom is on the other side of Villa Neo, behind the kitchen
• This bedroom also has direct access to the terrace and ocean views
• The third bedroom on this level is located off the inner courtyard, with partial ocean views
• A glass stairway leads to the upper level, which can also be accessed directly from the parking area
